Talent Trader (“Talent Trader”, “we”, “us”) is a food and grocery distributor based in Malé, Maldives. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our online store at test.talenttradermv.com (on a computer or a phone), why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it to what we need to take and deliver your orders.
1. Information we collect

You can browse the store without logging in. We only collect personal information when you log in or place an order.
2. How we use your information
- To create your account and let you log in.
- To process, pack, deliver and invoice your orders, and to tell you about their status (for example by email).
- To contact you about a problem with an order or delivery.
- To keep the store secure, prevent misuse, and meet legal and accounting obligations.
- To improve the store, such as which products and categories are popular.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
3. Cookies
We use a single essential cookie, which keeps you logged in (it lasts up to 30 days or until you log out). It cannot be read by scripts on the page. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If you block cookies in your browser you can still browse, but you will not be able to log in or order.
4. Who we share information with
We share information only with the services that help us run the store, and only as needed:
- Cloudflare hosts the website and stores our database, including account and order data.
- Google provides the “Log in with Google” sign-in and the fonts used on the pages.
- Our email provider delivers order confirmations and status updates to you and to our team.
- Cloudinary serves the product images.
These providers may process data outside the Maldives. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, or to our delivery staff to complete your order. Our own staff who handle orders can see your profile and order details.
5. How long we keep it
We keep account and order records for as long as your account is active and as needed for accounting, tax and legal purposes. After that we delete or anonymise them.
6. How we protect it
The site is served over HTTPS, login sessions use a secure cookie, and access to administration tools is limited to approved staff. No online service is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and only keep what we need.
7. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete your account and personal details (we may need to keep order records we are legally required to keep). You can also update your profile yourself after logging in. To make a request, email us at the address below.
8. Children
The store is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest version, and we will post changes on this page.
